Normally all orders are shipped within 3-8 days. Out of Stock products and delayed delivery time at wholesalers reserved.
We use GLS Denmark for the delivery of private parcels to your home address. As GLS mainly delivers parcels between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. most people are at work and not able to confirm the parcel reception with a signature.
However, if you are not present at the time of parcel delivery, the delivery driver will take the parcel to a ParcelShop nearby and leave a notification card. On it, you will find the parcel number, name and address of the ParcelShop were you can pick up the parcel.
You can pick it up the same day after 4 p.m. or within 10 working days. Once the parcel is in a GLS ParcelShop, GLS will consider it “delivered”.
Power of attorney
You also have the possibility to issue a signature release authorisation to the driver for the delivery of your parcel at a closer defined place.
Parcel delivery and transport times
GLS delivers parcels on working days from Monday to Friday – in Denmark usually the following workday. This standard delivery time is not assured or guaranteed, however. Parcels are transported by road, so traffic holdups can lead to delays.
Return policy and withdrawal
There are 14 days full refund for all goods. If you want to have the money back for a product, it will be returned to your bank account after we received the goods. Send the goods as a normal postal package. Please do not return as cash on delivery.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice. This way we can quickly find your account and can transfer the amount for the returns.
The right of return presupposes that the goods are in the same condition as upon receipt of the goods, that is, In the original and undamaged packaging and unused.

Damage during transport
Fortunately it happens rarely, but it can happen that a package or the contents of a package is damaged during the transport.

As this is to be done within a reasonable time, we ask you to check the package immediately upon receipt.
