Set for beautiful Oscar mandalas

A kit with materials and instruction for 5 to 20 Oscar mandalas – depending on what size you choose. Here you will learn how to jump over to create a neat effect in the beautiful mandalas. The parts are made with the superfine quilling comb. Here they are shown in wonderful colour combinations; but you can try to make them with only two colours or one colour so that the effect stands out more.

Content: Oscar Mandalas Template & 5 mm paper strips in the colours Lemon, Smeraldo, Pistacchio Light & Dark Green.
